Accept What Is
Many people get frustrated and angry because of circumstances they can't control. Because things happen not in the way they expected, not in the way they hoped.
Events simply happen and situations change. There's no point negotiating for something different. No point complaining. You're only letting what is infuriate you.
Accept what is, and then look for ways to shift the situation to your favor. Work with what's already there.
