Missed a habit you're trying to build? Couldn't bring yourself to get out of bed at the time you've set? Found yourself distracted and procrastinating?
Don't be too hard on yourself.
Discipline isn't easy. Growth isn't quick. It's a process that takes years, takes our whole lives. And it isn't going to be a perfect, upward trend. Relapses happen—it's normal.
Put things in perspective by looking back. How was it a month ago? Six months ago? Twelve months ago? Two years ago?
If you've been working on yourself, then you've probably grown. And you'd be surprised at how big your progress have been, in such a short time.
