Adult Tantrums

Don't let anger control your actions (and reactions).

Don't let yourself submit to outbursts. Don't be the one throwing insults, calling people names, complaining, screaming, and acting like the smarter, more important person.

Don't be the person with a bad temper, who throws tantrums when they don't get what they want, how they want it, when they want it,

Don't be like a toddler unable to process and control their emotions, unable to think before acting.

No one likes that.

Outbursts might get you results in the short-term, but it won't build strong, healthy relationships. And it won't earn other people's respect.

You can be firm and remain kind, understanding, and patient.

Don't be a toddler caught having a tantrum.
