Define Your Values
Do you know what your values are? List them down, and write clear definitions. Make sure you truly understand what they are, and how they translate to your day-to-day activities.
How does integrity look at home and at work? How about kindness and patience? Discipline?
Without clear values to guide us, it's easy to make bad decisions. It's easy to be tempted (and we all know the world is full of temptations).
Writing down our values forces us to be intentional about them, and to find clarity in what they mean for us. Those two things make it more likely for us to act in alignment with them.
