Exercise No Matter How Busy
The busier you get, the more you need to exercise. The more you need to dedicate time for exercise.
Feeling drained?
Exercise gives you energy. Whatever project you're doing, exercise can give you the energy boost you need to power through the day. It might be just what you need to get some creative juice flowing.
Emotionally stressed?
Lots of work might bring lots of stress too, especially from the pressure of deadlines and results. It might lead to negative thoughts and negative feelings. You can combat that with exercise—it boosts your happy hormones.
And in my experience, exercising in the morning brings a feeling of achievement, which sets the tone for the day. I feel encouraged, capable, disciplined, and ready to breeze through my tasks.
Mentally overwhelmed?
Exercise helps fight anxiety and depression. I'm not saying it's all you need, because that depends on each case, but exercise certainly helps.
An added bonus:
When you're working a lot and your health suffers, exercise can be your shield against sickness. It boosts immunity, and immunity is your best chance against viruses.
The busier and more prone to sickness you get, the more exercise you need to keep your body healthy and strong. Don't skip it.
