Fear Comes With Baggages
Fear comes with baggages—impostor syndrome, overthinking, insecurity, trauma, anticipation of pain, the thought of being humiliated and judged.
When you feel fear, think of what baggages are stifling you. And breathe. In your exhale, let them all go. Release the self-sabotaging beliefs. Release the tension in your body. That's when you can be free and let courage in. That's when you can have space for positivity and strength—in mind and heart.
