Getting into Flow

The only way to get into flow is to start. To get over our resistance and to sit down and start working.

Once we get past that seemingly-huge hump in the beginning, it becomes easier. Like we're a well-oiled machine that only needed that surge of energy to get started.

When struggling to get into flow, think: The resistance is only in the beginning. Once I start, I'll only need 15 minutes to warm up, and then it's going to feel amazing.
