Gratitude Practice
Practice active gratitude everyday. Think about 3 things you’re grateful for. Feel that gratitude in your heart, and let the thoughts linger in your mind.
This forces us to focus on what we have, not what we lack. It cultivates positivity and possibility, instead of scarcity and self-pity. It encourages hope and action.
It tells us: you’re fine, you’re lucky, you have everything you need.
