Make Time for Good Health
The busier we get, the more important it is to dedicate time for exercise. To strengthen our immune system and to get our energy levels up. The more work we have on our plate, the more we need to eat healthy, home-cooked meals. And the more we need good sleep to rest and recover.
But those three are often the first to go.
Taking care of our body isn't something that we push for later, or we do only when we find the time. We should prioritize health. We won't find time when we're busy. We have to make time for them. Or we risk losing our agency. We risk losing our bodies to illnesses.
As the saying goes, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
