Don't avoid it, deny it, or try to mask it. Acknowledge the misalignment—that's the first step at correcting it.
And unpack. Where is the friction? What are you not comfortable with? What is this realization trying to tell you about yourself?
In becoming more in tune with our discomforts, we increase self-awareness. We understand ourselves better. We can be more intentional about how we live and how we write our future.
