Missing Out
What are your sources of happiness? Are they healthy? Are they sustainable? Do they bring fulfillment too?
We gravitate toward things we enjoy, and avoid those that make us uncomfortable. Be aware of what those are, because we could be inviting things that bring only fleeting joy, and don't bring us goodness. Things that aren't healthy. Things that are shallow. Things that hinder us from becoming better people.
And we could be avoiding the uncomfortable situations that will challenge us to grow. Because we can only grow when we go out of our circle. When we learn new skills and try new experiences.
We might be missing out on so much of the world, so much of life, so much happiness and fulfillment, because we're too satisfied with being comfortable.
