Each in their own time.

When you see other people make the wrong decisions, it can be tempting to meddle. To give unsolicited advice. To tell them what to do instead. Most of the time, that won't do any good. They won't listen to you, they'll get defensive, and then they'll build a wall.

People don't like being told what to do.

They won't follow your advice even when they explicitly ask for it. Even when they know it's the right decision.

They'll do what they should when they're ready.
