When Talent is a Curse

Talent only gets us to a certain extent. Further than that means work. We need to practice and sharpen the skill. It requires hours and hours of focused work.

The naturally smart may get straight As in school, but the real world requires so much more. And because they didn't need to work so hard growing up, it's unfamiliar territory in adulthood. They're suddenly put at a disadvantage, because they didn't learn discipline when they were younger.
