Work in Harmony with the Body
To truly master ourselves and continually become better everyday, to achieve all our dreams and realize our fullest potential, we must exercise our mental capabilities and work in harmony with our bodies.
And to work with the body, we must first understand it intimately.
We should be able to read what our body needs—whether rest or exercise, more proteins or carbohydrates, sugar or water. We should know what to avoid—processed food, excessive alcohol, harmful chemicals in cosmetics, self-care products, and cleaning supplies.
Chemicals that are weaved into our daily lives, scattered all around us, affect our hormones. And those hormones are crucial in maintaining balance in our body.
